Kickboxing is part of our MMA class

Friday 630pm

Our Kickboxing Class uses stand-up striking based on kicking and punching along with knees and elbows and various clinching techniques. Kickboxing is often practiced for self-defense, general fitness, or as a contact sport. This class is great for recreational practitioners, new martial artists and amateur competitors.
