Combining wrestling, submission techniques and the striking techniques, this class is the essential of combat and self defense. MMA is a practiced as a full contact combat sport that allows a wide variety of fighting techniques and skills of both striking as well as grappling techniques, both while standing and while on the ground. This class is recommended for serious martial artists, experienced practitioners, amateur and professional competitors.
