At Force Fitness Combat Studio, you’ll know what you’re working and when. We will work on specific techniques, positions and combinations over several weeks to ensure you’ve learned them well. Our focus will be on techniques that complement one another and flow in sequence. By focusing on specific positions and combos, basic techniques will progress and evolve into an advanced level much faster.
